The Institute has established a Beit Midrash of some twenty halachic authorities who deliberate, in practical terms, on the questions involved in fulfilling the mitzvah of the Red Heifer. The Beit Midrash publishes its conclusions in a monthly newsletter and holds an open dialogue with rabbis and students.
