The Vision
The National Institute for Red Heifer Research is a home for all those engaged in the mitzvah of the Red Heifer. It brings together their experience and expertise to make this mitzvah a national endeavor that restores purity to Israel after two thousand years of exile.
For generations, the mitzvah of the Red Heifer remained a distant vision. Today, with the return of the Jewish people to their land, we see an opportunity to connect Torah study, halachic research and practical action – and to bring closer the day when the mitzvah can actually be fulfilled.
